By submitting your music for review, you acknowledge that our A&R team and curators will evaluate it based on our internal criteria.

Submission does not guarantee approval, playlist placement, or feedback beyond our standard response process.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if our A&R team and curators are unable to respond to your submission within 7 days from the date of submission.

Eligibility for Refund:

You must not have received any form of response or communication from the Grease Release A&R team within the 7-day period.

Initiating a Refund:

If you do not receive a response within the specified timeframe, please contact support at [email protected] with your submission details and a request for a refund.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank’s or payment service’s policies.

All communications regarding your submission, including confirmation of receipt and responses, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of submission.

Before requesting a refund, we strongly recommend checking your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you have not missed any communication from our team.

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Submission Review: You may cancel your submission and request a full refund if our A&R team has not yet reviewed your submission. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order details.

After Submission Review: Once your submission has been reviewed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as the service has been rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Grease Release and may not be copied or used without permission.

By submitting your music, you grant us a limited license to review and share it with curators for evaluation purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
